Building Other Than 1-and 2-Family Permits (Commercial Permits)

This permit category applies to all structures designed and constructed in accordance with the International Building Code (IBC) and, generally, will not include single family, two family (duplexes) and townhouses. Building such as restaurants, offices, retail stores, apartments, etc. will be permitted in this category.
