How to Create an Accela Citizen Access (ACA) Account

  1. Click on Register Now
  2. Accept the terms, then click Continue Registration
  3. Enter your login information and click Add New
  4. Select Contact Type and click Continue
  5. Fill out the Contact Information and click Continue
  6. Click Continue Registration

You just created your ACA account!

How to Add a License to Your Accela Citizen Access (ACA) Account

(You must have a current Accela license number for this step.)

  1. In your ACA account, click on My Account in the light blue bar
  2. Click on Add a License, select a License Type, and enter your new Accela City of Knoxville License Number
    (An older, pre-Accela license number will not be recognized.)
  3. Click on Find License
  4. Click on Add License to Account

You have added your license to your ACA account!
