Request a Meeting

The City of Knoxville's Plans Review and Inspections Department wants to help eliminate anxiety and confusion surrounding plans review by providing an opportunity for property owners, developers, architects, contractors and engineers to schedule time with City staff. 

Currently we offer two options, depending on your stage of development, to give you the assistance you need to have a successful project. Due to system constraints, staffing shortages, and the current level of development occurring in our community the options for specialized review services/meetings is limited.

• Meeting request forms must be submitted prior to scheduling a meeting request.  Click on the meeting tiles below for more information and for access to the meeting request forms. 
• Please be sure that the required information, noted on the request information sheet, is submitted with the request so that resubmission is not required. 

• Please be advised that meetings will be recorded for documentation purposes; however, applicants are responsible for taking minutes/notes at the meeting.
